When does your season start?

What should I wear for tubing?
We recommend snow bibs/pants, snow jacket, waterproof gloves, snow boots, and a helmet. We have these items for sale in the Adventure Mountain Sports Store.

What is included with the entrance fee?
The entrance fee covers:
- Resort Entrance Fee
- Parking
- Use of snow play areas

What equipment do you rent?

How do we get to the top of the tubing runs?
We have designated hike up lanes for you to walk up to the top of the tubing runs.

Do you take reservations?
We operate on a first come basis and do not take reservations. On full capacity days, we reopen every hour on the hour to let in more cars.

Do you offer overnight lodging at Adventure Mountain?
While we do not have onsite overnight lodging, South Lake Tahoe is just ten minutes away and offers a wide variety of lodging options.

Do you make snow?
Adventure Mountain is uniquely located along the Pacific crest at an elevation of 7,400 ft, and typically receives plenty of natural snow throughout the winter.

Do you allow snowboarding/skiing?
We do not allow snowboarding, skiing, or sledding.

Do you allow drop offs?
Drop offs from Uber, Lyft, taxis etc. must pay the entrance fee. No walk-ins or drop-offs at the entrance. Parents dropping off minor children is not permitted.

Can I fly my drone at Adventure Mountain?
For the safety and welfare of guests below, we do not permit drones.

Can I bring my own food?
Adventure Mountain does not allow outside food and beverages on the property. There are several food & beverage options at the Mountainside Café available including grab-and-go items.

Can I bring my own equipment?
You cannot bring your own tubing equipment. There is a designated tubing area with tubes provided. For safety reasons, snowboards, skis, sleds and snow bikes are not allowed.

Can I bring my dog?
Service animals are permitted on property. All other animals are not allowed.

Can I bring a barbecue grill?
We do not allow BBQ grills at Adventure Mountain.

Are your tubing runs machine groomed?
Yes, our Sno-Cat® operators professionally groom up to 18 unique runs daily.

Can I tube with my child on my lap?
For safety reasons, we do not recommend lap riding for children. Children 3 and up must have a pass to be in the tubing area.
